Since Obama got re-selected as POTUS, Banks are happy but businesses are not.
but wait...
Businesses are starting to lay off more and more since the first round of lay offs during Obama's first 4 years. To even make a profit.
So who will be the winner in the coming months??? the Banks or the Businesses ??
