Not bad. I'll bump it to keep it going. However, #21 requires a Constitutional Amendment, and would first need to be passed by the very people it would effect.

A master came unto the Earth, born in the holy land of Indiana, raised in the mystical hills east of Fort Wayne.........

1 –
Do no harm to America’s traditional values, its citizen’s ability to earn a livelihood, its national security, its future generations.

Taditional values are relative. Do you mean traditions like beating your wife, enslaving Africans, allowing only white men to vote, etc. ? Good thing we have long had the motivation to be progressive rather than sticking with "traditional values".

2 –
Advocate initiatives to locate and solve corruption’s root causes in government and industry.
It's called greed. I don't think we have to look too far.

Be intolerant of the Tyranny of the Few.
With you here.

4 –
Be intolerant of ideological initiatives in government policy, institutions and in education.
Geting a little willy nilly with your intolerance.

5 –
Do not promote or discourage religious observance.
Sure.

6 –
Nominate persons to the Supreme Court and appoint justices who adhere to the principles outlined here.
Nah. Your principles are way off already. Let's just stick to the Constitution.

7 –
Propose and endorse initiatives which are fiscally responsible.
If this goes to needless wars that cost a trillion or so, I'm with you.

8 –
Tell the whole, direct truth to the American people when proposing initiatives. Outline their positives and negatives to the people and measure them against the principles outlined here.
Again, your priciples aren't a god measure. Keep them for yourself.

9 –
Start no war.
The reason you start a war is to fight a war and win a war, thereby, causing no more war.

10 –
Do not be outspent by any country in the defense area. Prepare for the worst. Take politics out of the CIA and significantly expand our field intelligence gathering capabilities.
An arms race. Brilliant.

11 –
Initiate a multi-generational dismantling of the welfare state accompanied by the following: Increased focus on self-reliance, countering the culture of victimhood, educating for economic purpose, removing incentives to bear children out of wedlock. In parallel work with industry and national policy toward job creation in the private sector.
Well, let's get Israel and Egypt off the welfare roles first, before we cut out our own.

12 –
Promote free trade and directly reciprocate against unfair practices.
Negative. Protect American workers and product. Free trade is a bust.

13 –
Prop no American industry up with tariffs or government funding. Allow the weak to fail.
I agree here. So long as you don't apply "allow the weak to fail" to babies.

14 –
Improve K-12 education through teaching excellence. Remove all ideology from the classroom.
The classroom is ideology. You know, free market, socialism, capitalism. We teach all that.

15 –
Vastly simplify the tax code. Do not punish wealth. Do not redistribute income except when directly called for and then on a temporary basis.
That's a pretty liberal use of the word "punish". You mean taxing them for their wealth? Yeah, that needs to be done.

16 –
Provide healthcare for all citizens. Focus first on the flaws of its existing structure. Afterwards, put a plan in place through private industry.
What? Government plans for private industry? You are a confused guy, aren't you?

17 –
Enforce illegal immigration laws in full. Use this as the primary vehicle to stop the flow of illegal immigration. Put no illegal immigrant on government social support.
Easy enough to say. I'd like to see it done too though.

18 –
Legalize and control the sale and dispensation of selected drugs. End the war on drugs as now consitituted.
Sure. Another easy one.

19 –
Any government initiative based on scientific invention, finding or hypothesis should first be fully exposed to normal scientific proof. Once passing proof, any government initiative thus founded should be presented to the public as outlined here.
The public can't decide who the best person for office is effectively. Do you think they could do any better at science?

20 –
Budget earmarking without being preceded by public exposure and debate should be outlawed.
Absolutely.

21 –
Term-limit both houses of Congress.
Yep

22 –
Halt government funding of abortion.
Awww...there goes your partisan slip showing again.

23 –
Greatly expand America’s use of nuclear power. Upgrade power transmission capability. Begin an immediate migration to electric cars and trucks using federal funding. In the interim explore for and utilize fossil fuels anywhere in the US territory where they can be found. Fund this activity where and when necessary
Sure.

Some good ideas in there. Some bad ones.

I give you an E for effort.

I like a lot of that. Some are politically unrealistic, but most are very good values or workable ideas.
Legalizing and regulating the drugs that bring so much ache and death to our nation, the war against them is so costly and ineffective. That is extremely important. If we can pass legislation , even in pilot test programs, that will get rid of the profit incentive, we will get rid of the black market trade. And the gang warfare they fund.
It is not an ideological issue, it is a law enforcement and public safety issue. We can do that, if we get past the
"Only Dope Lovers would want to Legalize Drugs and turn our children into dopers" nonesense.
We did it, already. With booze and tobacco and pharmceuticals.
