IT IS CALLED THE WORKPLACE MERIT REFORM ACT OF 2012.
It is my way,of eliminating the professional,divisioning of superficial surface human charatoristics of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. Rather,as odentifyong job applicants and employees as AMERICANS,and releases employers of socialist redistribution of work,and in true coinciding with EEOA,the workplace merit reform act allows businesses,regardless of any unrelated or qualifying issues,to truly match,without regards to race,color,creed,or religion, qualified job applicants and candidates,to truly fill and meet the requirements of the job and occupation,not employers worrying about how many of this type of person,or that type of person,but under my proposal,A QUALIFIED APPLICANT GETS THE JOB.it create a better quality of productivity of the business,better product,and also,allows employers to truly reward those who are proven by productivity and value,tovtheir businesses.no more entitlements. This encourages the job pool tovtruly develop slills,and compete,and earn the jobs,not have them handed tovthem because of superficial socialistic PC and divisioning. If an applicant doesnt qualify,then they dont. No more whining.adds integrity to the workforce,business,and the market.
The twofer punch is this relegates unions into a position of only overseeing workplace safety,and not redistributing compensation to those who dont earn it. Employers will determine that.
