    This is number of my big pushes.
    i am also jettisoning this through the channels.
    IT IS CALLED THE WORKPLACE MERIT REFORM ACT OF 2012.

    It is my way,of eliminating the professional,divisioning of superficial surface human charatoristics of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. Rather,as odentifyong job applicants and employees as AMERICANS,and releases employers of socialist redistribution of work,and in true coinciding with EEOA,the workplace merit reform act allows businesses,regardless of any unrelated or qualifying issues,to truly match,without regards to race,color,creed,or religion, qualified job applicants and candidates,to truly fill and meet the requirements of the job and occupation,not employers worrying about how many of this type of person,or that type of person,but under my proposal,A QUALIFIED APPLICANT GETS THE JOB.it create a better quality of productivity of the business,better product,and also,allows employers to truly reward those who are proven by productivity and value,tovtheir businesses.no more entitlements. This encourages the job pool tovtruly develop slills,and compete,and earn the jobs,not have them handed tovthem because of superficial socialistic PC and divisioning. If an applicant doesnt qualify,then they dont. No more whining.adds integrity to the workforce,business,and the market.

    The twofer punch is this relegates unions into a position of only overseeing workplace safety,and not redistributing compensation to those who dont earn it. Employers will determine that.

    Crybabies will no longer be able to complain and expect the same compensation as those doing 4x the work they do.better workforce=better quality product,better market,more room for those the be compensated and rewarded for working the hardest.EARNING AND MERIT.

    This also ensures that illegal applicants,as well,will have.no consideration for employment in the American workforce.

    Bad example of affirmative action in play,is when i worked at HSBC,when it was HOUSEHOLD BANK,and there was a girl from New Castle,DE named Marsha Foraker,who made local headlines a year prior to that,who killed her baby by stuffing cocaine in the babys food,diaper,and mouth,and for whatever ungodly reason,a lib judge put her under house and work arrest,instead of frying her ass. Low,and behold,she ended up getting hired there...

    People that were categorized as"white"through this liberal system,jad to go through reference checks,CORI CHECKS,blueprint,FBI checks,etc,and also 3 bureau credit checks,but,because she was categorized as what communists divisionedbas minority,low and behold,no.checks,nothing...got a job..
