I watched the vid. Now, with what little I saw...and not knowing ALL the info, it SEEMS to me this guy was treated shitty due to race. Maybe he did get belligerent maybe not. Maybe he had too much to drink, maybe none at all. Point is..like the gal said telling the story, the cop in uniform is the one in charge and this guy was pumped up with anger and did not do as told. With that said...it still smacks of the wrong coming from the other cops tackling him. I think. And why report this story NOW when it happened TWO YEARS AGO?

The guy is right though...he said training is key. Personally, I think when a bunch of cops gather together, that in itself is a very dangerous scene. They feed off each others sense of power and bad shit happens.

Except the officer that came on the scene didnt know he was a cop...also all charges were dropped but I know thats confusing since the cops are always the fuck right
