It looks like she kicked off her sneaker at the officer, and he initiated a takedown.

The takedown looked like overkill to me. What was she in custody for?

I was going to title the topic "violence against women has never been this sexy" but I decided against it

Upon further review of the back story, this guy really shouldn't be a police officer. I'm not sure about criminal charges, but he should lose his badge. The takedown was uncessasary and those extra two punches at the end were uncalled for.
