Burress faces 3-1/2 to 15 years in prison if convicted of the weapon possession charges--his sentences for the two counts, if convicted of both, would run concurrently--and up to one year in jail if convicted of the reckless endangerment charge, according to announcement.

Plaxico should spend the a significant amount of time in prison for this offense.

This is where the gun control freaks should be focusing their efforts...enforcing gun laws already on the books.

The problem is, they indited him on laws he didn't break.

Buress will walk, this has been a witchunt from the Manhatten DA & Blomberg all along, to 'prove' their gun laws work.

They will NEVER get a conviction in this case, he bought the gun legally in Florida and it was registered there, the law they charged him with says unregistered & illegally obtained firearms.

The DA refuses to plea bargin without jailtime, proof that justice is not the issue here.

Bull-dinky! The supreme law of the land is the Constitution of the United States. He has a "right" to carry a gun any where he/we want! Period. The supreme "law" of the land overrides any witch-hunt that those no good rotten skunks and their statutory laws, decide to impose. This heinous attack on our constitution, all in order to showboat/boost their megalomaniacle careers. The mayor and his cronies don't know jack-crap about the law of this land.

As a Juror, you are the Judge! You interpret the law! If you feel the law is inadequate, at that point in time, you change it! The judge has no power over the juror - NONE! Take back America and dump these poor excuses for politicians and their corrupt emissaries in the trash where they belong.
