In the spirit of President Carter's presidency, and the diplomatic legacy that he's currently building , each and every torpedo fired from the newly christened U.S. Attack Sub, Jimmy Carter, will emit a sonar detectable song, titled, "I'm Sorry", by Brenda Lee. This way, all enemy vessels torpedoed by the U.S.S. Jimmy Carter will have forewarning that they have been "had", by an Evil Empire, but the particular vessel that just attacked them has legally disclaimed any association with, "said", Evil Empire.
