For all the very well deserved criticism of our public school system, bear in mind that this is one of the countries to which we are often unfavorably compared in such things.

Bear in mind as well the many, many thousands of Korean students that flock to the US each year to study in our private high schools and, increasingly, junior high schools if not earlier, to say nothing of our colleges and universities.
