So here's the thing: When you place your order at Starbucks they ask you for your name, so that when it is ready, they can call you by name to pick up your order.

In the case in question, the uniformed police officer neglected to give his name, so the Barrista identified the order as for a person in uniform ("P.I.G.," see above). Then, when he gets his order there's this BIG MISUNDERSTANDING...

I read about that earlier. There was no misunderstanding.

They should have asked for his name. It was intentional and I think people should avoid that place like the plague.
