Mac specifically referenced being under 40 for 100% equities.

For the readers I'd describe 2008-2009 as a terrifying time that turned into a great buying opportunity for DCAers then a once in a generation bull market. Retirement funds are retirement funds, if you aren't about to retire the temporary dips don't really hurt you.
