Pennsylvania Concedes In Voter ID Law Trial: No Evidence Voter Fraud Ever Occurred

What is "In Person" voter fraud and how is it different than any other kind?

This thread is irrelevant. A State does not have to justify why it passed a law except to its own State citizens. There is no legal requirement for the State to prove any voter fraud occurred as for why they now require Identification.

What I find hilarious is the Federal Government has failed to provide any real evidence that identification required to vote disenfranchises anyone. They had their asses handed to them on that issue once already.

Just like they lost Obamacare cases in the lower courts. How'd that work out for the DOJ?

Thinking wasn't requirement of your USMC MOS, was it?

"There have been no investigations or prosecutions of in-person voter fraud in Pennsylvania; and the parties do not have direct personal knowledge of any such investigations or prosecutions in other states,” the statement reads.
