Chicken Stock
Heavy Creame
Fresh Basil

Funny how you can find funding, once your mind is made up. At the same time, passion is a definate factor. I've read I don't know how many times, that the day in and out of restaurants is a passion killer.

You'd be surprised by the family and friends that would back you. Then there are those who are only in it for the profit, you got to sell those. The good thing about restaurants is that a hot example can get you the gig.
