Penn State says wilderness is too risky for outdoors clubs
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Penn State University says it has banned its near-century-old outdoor recreation club from going outside because it is too dangerous out in the wilderness.

Nothing like paying thousands of dollars a year for your kids to be bigger liberal idiots than they already are. But the sheep just can't figure out how to connect those dots where indoctrination occurs.

These snowflake losers are going to have a real, rude, rude awakening when reality smacks these stupid fkrs upside their heads lmao.

Seems they'd be safer in the woods than at their desks.
Set up a firing range for them outside. Teach them how to protect themselves regardless of the terrain...

On another note, the University has determined that head concussions obtained during football practice and games while earning the school big bucks are in fact, safe.

I don’t see why anybody cares. So the school doesn’t want to be liable for injuries. Solution: you don’t have to pay a college institution just to go outside.

"A Penn State spokeswoman says student safety is the school’s primary focus." What is really at heart here is LIABILITY. "Student safety" is just one of their lawyer's legalese for "we can't afford the liability of someone getting hurt camping or hiking." Lawyers will be the death of us all.

This is certainly a university that knows what liability is.
