PBS/Sesame Street... Homophobes?...

I let my best friend babysit my son. got a problem with that?
He is better person than some of the people in this thread, and I trust him more than my son's father.

You don't KNOW anyone on this Thread...

Stop it.

:)

peace...

I know my friend would never say some of the comments that have been said in this thread. He doesn't really say anything negative about anyone.

I didn't say anything Negative about Homosexuals...

The general Observation that they Deviate from what Created them is just that... An Observation... Of Fact.

Let's start with the basics PP. Your dog humping your leg? If so, do you want a petition for you and the dog to get married on Sesame Street?

No and No

I think I said I dont agree with the petition...well i didn't say that specifically what I said was "As far as the sesame street thing its not acceptable to be exposing young children to sexual topics of any nature including same sex relationships. The topic of 2 daddy's or 2 mommy's is NOT appropriate for seseame street or any grade school classroom."

;)

:D

You both need to step back a second.

Listen, people are gay and have been since the ancient greeks...it happens, its in our genes. There are many normal gay people who are no more or less deviant than your average hetrosexual individual.

Sorry I had to step in there, lol...i'll go back to lurking.

Like I said before, I agree with Sesame Street not having any muppets get married.
but do you have a problem with them having two different species be in a long term relationship?

Hey i've had a best friend (male like me) for over 30 years now and the same dog for 12 years now and there is nothing deviant going on so how can I have a problem with 2 dudes being friends for a long time or 2 seperate species caring about each other (well who knows i assume my dog likes me, lol)? Doesn't make them "a couple", deviant, or say anything about their sexual orientation ;)
I think what Miss Piggy and Kermet had was more than friendship. ;)
Or maybe they were just friends with benefits?

I kissed my best friend that is a girl, a few times actually............So your story has no meaning PP.
Of course we were twenty two intoxicated and were probably dared to.

I always took it as unrequiented love. Ganzo was smitten with Miss Piggy though. Again, a no go.

I got post the link right now, but look up Miss piggy on wikipediA, and look to see what the first muppet show she appeared on was called.

They kissed while Piggy was in jail. ;)

Now they are promoting prison love.

The Muppet Show and the Movies were not billed for Preschoolers.. Just sayin'...

Why not? They push public funds to promote heterosexual marriage.

Sesame Street does?... Link?

And Heterosexual Marriage is simply a Reflection of why you Exist.

Flesh Married... Homosexuals are Incapable of Marrying the Flesh.

Feel free to Deviate, just don't push it on Preschoolers.

It's Fucking Sick and Wrong.

:(

nothin sadder than a self loathing closet case

Black and Gay threads...the urge for dark chocolate must be back....

Bert and Ernie share a bed?

I didn't know that. I thought they had separate beds, but I must admit that it has been a hell of a long time since I watched Sesame Street.

^You are correct...

I have an almost 6 year old and a 3 year old... I am PBS, Sprout a Nick Jr'd out most of the time...

:)

peace...

You have my condolences on the PBS part of that.

I envy you on the age of your children.

What's wrong with the PBS kids programming? I help take care of a 2 year old, and I have no problem with the shows in general. Sid the Science Kid, Word World, Sesame Street and Martha Speaks all try to be educational. Things like Clifford, Arthur, not so much. But considering how the little one loves SpongeBob, a show with absolutely no educational value (and possibly even a negative effect! lol) I'm glad if she enjoys watching anything that might help her learn to read or count!

Hehe,

I have a long standing hatred of Sesame Street.

You see, when I was 9 or 10, around that age, I had a 4 year old brother and Sesame Street came on at the same time as Speed Racer and Kimba... yes, I will admit I liked the White Lion. Well, my little brother always got to watch Sesame Street! Oh and to make matters worse, a lot of times my mom made us watch it with my little brother to help keep him entertained!

Man do I have issue or what?:lol::lol:

After wading through a little over a page of this thread, I've concluded it's perhaps the most overall asinine one I have ever seen, and that's really saying something. Props!
