In a Man for All Seasons -1966

Magnificent performance.

Used to think Richard Burton got cheated out for of the Oscar his perf in Whoose Afraid of Virginia Woolf.

Still do - but Scofield deserved theOscar.

Very versitile actor.

Gave one of the best portyals of a Nazi I have ever watched in The Train.

This is one of my husband's favorite movies. Scofield also played Otto Frank in a TV movie, The Attic: The Hiding of Anne Frank.
