Yup, that is why the people who made the allegations are being sued. The accusations are based on him being gay, and everybody knows gay and pedophile are damn near interchangeable.

Why did they do DNA test if their was no sign of rape?

But, a rape kit six months ago produced negative results and prosecutors revealed they were 'unconvinced' by the allegations.

The point is that there is no evidence on either side. In America, you are innocent unless proven guilty.

You aren't understanding what is done in the case of rape. If their is no physical evidence of rape they will not do a test.

Why don't they ever report that the vast majority of false rape cases are brought by women against men who they falsely accuse of raping them?. These type of stories only seem to be reported when men are involved. When a woman falsely cries rape, the media always takes her side until the truth comes out.
