Ok, so whats so Unconstitutional about it. The libs keep claiming its Unconstitutional because violates several amnemdents, from what ive seen they claim it violates 1, 5-6. The problem is, none of them ever get off their butt and try to explain what is in the patriot act that they seem to think violates those amendments.

Also if they are so against the Patriot act, why on earth are they voting for Kerry?
