President Bush, the Commander In Chief that used the AUMF to follow PNAC doctrine and illegally invade Iraq, was involved in a "Friendly Fire" incident and cover up. It was initially reported that Pat Tillman was killed by enemy fire when in fact he was shot by his own men.

Why did Issa skip over this one?

He was killed in Afghanistan and I hate to break it to you but friendly fire occurs more often then one would hope. Further the President had nothing to do with the false claim dumb ass that was the local command and maybe a local General.

Deflection isn't gonna save Holder. It may save Obama but Holder is responsible for the Justice Department and if he did not know he is incompetent and if he knew he is a liar.

The President is the Commander in Chief.

He has direct control over the armed forces.

Get your facts straight stupid.

Tillman was subsequently redeployed to Afghanistan. On April 22, 2004, he was killed by friendly fire. An Afghan Militia Forces Allied soldier was also killed in the action.
