Parkland Victim Relatives Should Sue School District & Police

The 17 people killed in the Parkland massacre died because of stupid racial pandering, combined with legal manipulating. Despite committing a string of arrestable offenses on campus before the Florida school shooting, Nikolas Cruz was able to escape the attention of law enforcement, pass a background check and purchase the weapon he used to slaughter because of Obama administration efforts to make school discipline more lenient.

Documents reviewed by RealClearInvestigations and interviews show that his school district in Florida’s Broward County was in the vanguard of a strategy, adopted by more than 50 other major school districts nationwide, allowing thousands of troubled, often violent, students to commit crimes without legal consequence. The aim was to slow the "school-to-prison pipeline." This idiotic and dangerous scheme is showing just how dangerous and stupid it is.

“He had a clean record, so alarm bells didn’t go off when they looked him up in the system,” veteran FBI agent Michael Biasello told RCI. “He probably wouldn’t have been able to buy the murder weapon if the school had referred him to law enforcement."

Making matter worse these crazy race manipulators have been engaging in a program of releasing felony criminals of serious crimes (murder, rape, armed robbery, etc), out from behind bars, and putting them right into the classroom with the kids. Liberalism morphing into madness.

Deputies also were told Cruz could be a danger to himself. On Sept. 28, 2016, deputies and social workers were called to Stoneman Douglas High School after receiving reports that Cruz had attempted suicide by drinking gasoline a week earlier and was cutting himself.

The Florida Department of Children and Families launched an investigation into the reported self-cutting and allegations of neglect that same day, according to a DCF report on the incident.

Authorities chose not to commit Cruz at the time under the Baker Act, a law in Florida that allows authorities to hospitalize people for mental evaluation. The decision came under the advisement of clinicians at Henderson Behavioral Health, which school counselors worried may have been "premature" in their advice, according to the DCF notes.

Screwball Duncan (Obama's Sect of Education) should be sued too for setting this “Race to the Top” competition for $4 billion in grants, for public schools that conform to new standards and initiatives ending zero tolerance, and setting up this nutty policy of leniency, allowing criminal kids to commit crimes and not got to jail.

He ought to be thrown into a mental institution, and Obama with him for his 2012 executive order taking discipline out of the classroom (especially for black kids)
