Where I stand is that no one knows for certain if she said that or not and there is no way they can prove she did say it in a court of law.

Yes.
They would have to show proof she said such to them and show how it hurt them financially...

And all of the videos of Hillary speaking on the topic of the video, showed she always left a way out, for it not to be the video...

like....
"Some say the insensitive video caused the protest attack..." the "some say" is not her saying definitively, that it was the protest...

All of her statements regarding the video, were worded in that type of manner, even at the casket ceremony when she went up to speak to the crowd....all worded to leave an out, if it ended up being something else once the investigation was completed...
