Chip up everyone under 16 and give that option to all others who don't want to bother with the ID card.
And then check, in any and all public places of transit, the ID's of all who come and go, everyone, without profiling or discrimination. If you don't have the chip that the automated scanners can read you must present your ID.

Fortunately we live in a Constitutional Republic, where all persons in the United States are entitled to due process, the presumption of innocence, subject solely to the rule of law.

Consequently, one is not 'illegal' until he as been afforded due process and found guilty in a court of law of entering the country absent authorization.

We don't need anything that complicated.

Simply require a birth certificate to obtain a driver's license or official ID, which we do now except in some cities where they hand out IDs to illegals. Only those here legally should be allowed to get one and it should state that it is a temporary license for a foreign citizen. When states hand out licenses, which only serves to make them look legit, it also registers them to vote and they do vote. There is no system in place for verifying all voters, which is just the way the left likes it. We need to end motor voter and have people prove who they are when registering. No more no-docs licenses and voter registrations for illegals.

Require valid ID and Social Security number to obtain a job or welfare.

Require that children born here must either have parents here legally or at least one parent a citizen before automatic citizenship is granted. If parents are here illegally, birth certificate should read foreign citizen born out of home country. No welfare. No free medical. No jobs without green card.

If only citizens were allowed to work here, get welfare or give birth to a US citizen, illegals wouldn't bother.

Take away the incentives for sneaking in and problem solves itself.

The illegal aliens sent back nearly $50 billion a year to Mexico. Don't you think our economy could use that money?

The rest of us already have to prove who we are when getting a license, a loan, a job and everything else. Easy because we are legal citizens and proved it with our birth certificate to get a Social Security number and ID. Anchor babies should not be getting those if both parents are foreign citizens who are not here legally. The left doesn't want people to have to prove their identity ever.
