California has a huge economy so they get the press coverage. Is it unreasonable to believe Alaska's Governor does the same?

The problem is that when she was asked what her foreign policy credentials are, she answered "proximity." She has been pressed on it, the McCain camp has been pressed on it, when she met at the UN last week she had the opportunity to allow press in to watch her meet foreign leaders - and she has never given any answer more substantial than "proximity."

If Schwarzy answered the same way, he'd get laughed at too. But, he doesn't have to answer the same way because he *has* met with foreign leaders, he is European, he has married a Kennedy, he even took down a space alien in Predator.

And that's just off the top of my head, I am sure he knows more stuf about what he's done than I do. His foreign policy credentials are much better than Palin's. Her problem isn't that she is near Russia, her problem is that that alone does not give you any credentials and she hasn't done anything else to speak of.

During his time as governer of Arkansas, Clinton dramatically increased the standard of living for over 90% of the 2.2 million people there. During Palin's time as governer she has decreased spending and has balanced the budget... which is great for 600,000 people. But there are still many issues plaguing Alaskans... such as them not having a governer right now.
