Palin's Father makes the most revealing comment about Palin of the Year

Islam did not invent algebra, they learned it from pagan Persia, who learned it from the Babylonians, when Islam invaded Persia in a plan of military conquest, and then they added to its applications and passed it on to Europe.

Words matter.

By the way those Christian crusaders were only going back to a place that was Christian before Islamic warriors invaded it.

And that philosophy passed on, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, well that was European, Greek. Sadly, much of Islam today has little time for it.

Go to Saudi Arabia today and try to talk about Socrates notions of religious fallibility and see what happens to you.

Go and try and talk freely as a woman at all about anything.

There is enough guilt to go around in history for everyone.

The bold? We can agree, and my post did not say that they invented algebra, but that they translated and improved it, then passed it on to the west. If it weren't for Islam, we wouldn't have HAD an enlightenment. The Western religions imposed the veil and convinced the Muslim male to stifle half their talent. If they're running behind now, that would be why. The Western male had to be dragged, kicking and screaming, into whatever century was (is) present. They didn't drag themselves, women had to do it.

Palin Fever: More contagious than Bush Derangement Syndrome.

You know, the truth is, I don't even like Sarah Palin. This seemingly never ending obsession some people seem to have with her, however, is getting on my nerves.

No kidding and all started by liberals, the Palin derangement syndrome is alive and well. They keep saying how they just want her to go away and they just keep bringing her up. It is counter-productive to their cause and it just increases the sales of her books, kind of like free advertising.:lol: I like Palin so keep it up.:lol:

Exactly. The continued bashing keeps her in the conversation. Its like free advertising.

we dont hear much about her in the UK after your election, so california girl is right and wrong, the threads are informative for me, plus they give me a good laugh reading posts from that idiots supporters.

So what, she is a racist. She will fit in fine at Fox.

As hurtful as that is I just chalk it up with someone who has ran out of ammo...

That intellectual gun of yours must be making the "click..click...click" sound for you to be using that.

Really? I was being lazy, I admit. It was a dumb thing on my part since this thread just shown how much a pos Palin is and i thought I would just throw in a jab. My bad.

Ok, she is a racist. Things are really coming out. It would be interesting to see her voting record on ANYTHING pertaining to the Native Alaskans. I wonder how many Native Alaskans she had on her staff or even in her building. I wonder what percentage of Native alaskins are in prison up there.

Why would her father lie about this? Did she and her father have issues.

How many colleges did she go to before she found the one that didnt have too many minorities in them?

I wonder how she the locals in China when she made that horrid trip. I wonder if they will hire her to be a "speaker" again? You know how bad that turned out. Not good for her.

Enough? Do you need more on her being a racist...click click click.

The earth is 6,000 years old. Oh yeah, follow her. :cuckoo:

maybe palin just told her dad what she thought would sound like the best explanation for changing the college. maybe partying all night long and being a beach bum sounded worse to her than saying those shifty people made her uncomfortable and unable to study. bhaaaaahahahaha.

It is all just the parties personal responsibility thing coming out.

Paw Palin just could not blame his little girl for not making it in HI college.
Had to be those darned furriners!

Palin Question Of The Day | The New Republic

Palin, though notoriously ill-travelled outside the United States, did journey far to the first of the four colleges she attended, in Hawaii. She and a friend who went with her lasted only one semester. “Hawaii was a little too perfect,” Palin writes. “Perpetual sunshine isn’t necessarily conducive to serious academics for eighteen-year-old Alaska girls.” Perhaps not. But Palin’s father, Chuck Heath, gave a different account to [Scott] Conroy and [Shushannah] Walshe [authors of 'Sarah From Alaska']. According to him, the presence of so many Asians and Pacific Islanders made her uncomfortable: “They were a minority type thing and it wasn’t glamorous, so she came home.” [Italics Mine]

Discuss.

Everyone knows conservatives are scared of minorities, tell us something we dont know.

How does she deal with the Inuit?

hey Frank, Hitler was on your side of the fence, but don't let National socialist Party thing throw you for a loop, he was a fucking rightwinger from the get go

Actually not because fascism was communism and most people did not recognize Fascism, communism, and NAZIism as much different.

Check out this link depicting fascism, communism, NAZIism, and even FDR on the same side. It obviously shows that people at the time didn't think they were much different from one another.

Many wealthy republicans openly supported Hitler and Mussolini in 1934. There was even a plot to remove Roosevelt from office. Smedley Butler saved the day.

Many people on Roosevelt's brain trust were fascist and some of them implemented policies identical to the soviet union and this picture clearly shows that people believed that Roosevelt, Staling, Musillini, and Hitler were on the opposite side of democracy.

Roosevelt supported Uncle Joe & Communism so much that he left him control Eastern Europe and enslave tens of millions after the war. In fact, the disposition of Europe after WWII was so bad that Patton considered the war in Europe a strategic defeat for the USA and its European Allies because it left European capitals in the hands of the descendants of Genghis Khan. That might have been because State Dept was run by Communists
