Palin Pre-Empts State Report, Clears Self in Probe

What I don't get about this whole thing is, that if there was nothing to hide, why wouldn't people testify? You'd think Palin would want to clear the air as quickly as possible if she was innocent of any wrongdoing. Dragging her feet makes her look guilty whether she is or not.
