Thanks for that poll - appreciated! Smaller poll, but still applicable to the ongoing discussion. It would appear then that a sitting president has the same favorability rating as the former Governor of Alaska - within the margin of error of course. The president also boasts the exact same dissaproval number as Palin.

Things are far worse for Obama than we thought!

Yes indeed...

Perhaps Palin shall utilize the latest polling data showing over 62% of Americans wanting tax cuts over more government spending. This same poll alsos showed Americans by a margin of two to one favoring a dollar of tax cuts to a dollar of government spending. She might very well help create enough pressure on the Obama White House to force him to the middle and break away from the far left within his party. The nation appears poised to make yet another political shift toward the conservative middle.

You betcha' indeed...

Laura Ingraham seems to think she did accept. There appears to be a lot more of Laura since I saw her last.

The former Alaska governor will visit Hong Kong to address the CLSA Investors Forum, a well-known annual conference of global investment managers, the host announced Monday.

Sarah Palin plans first trip to Asia - More politics- msnbc.com

the article does not mention if she has agreed.

Would it matter? If she gets up in the morning and decides to cancel her programmed appearance, she will, just as she has in the past--leaving even more potential supporters with egg on their faces.
