With the publication of damaging e-mails from a climate research center in Britain, the radical environmental movement appears to face a tipping point. The revelation of appalling actions by so-called climate change experts allows the American public to finally understand the concerns so many of us have articulated on this issue.

...The e-mails reveal that leading climate "experts" deliberately destroyed records, manipulated data to "hide the decline" in global temperatures, and tried to silence their critics by preventing them from publishing in peer-reviewed journals. What's more, the documents show that there was no real consensus even within the CRU crowd. Some scientists had strong doubts about the accuracy of estimates of temperatures from centuries ago, estimates used to back claims that more recent temperatures are rising at an alarming rate.

...In his inaugural address, President Obama declared his intention to "restore science to its rightful place." But instead of staying home from Copenhagen and sending a message that the United States will not be a party to fraudulent scientific practices, the president has upped the ante. He plans to fly in at the climax of the conference in hopes of sealing a "deal." Whatever deal he gets, it will be no deal for the American people. What Obama really hopes to bring home from Copenhagen is more pressure to pass the Democrats' cap-and-tax proposal. This is a political move. The last thing America needs is misguided legislation that will raise taxes and cost jobs -- particularly when the push for such legislation rests on agenda-driven science.

Without trustworthy science and with so much at stake, Americans should be wary about what comes out of this politicized conference. The president should boycott Copenhagen.

It's to late the EPA plans to enforce restrictions on power plants on this coming Monday--which will shut down many power plants that cannot afford to retro-fit. This meaning sky-rocketing energy prices to all of us--regardless of Cap & Tax bill.

Then why not broadcast the scientists that are crtitical of global warming instead of trying to hide it, or squash their reports? If there is suffcient evidence to say that YES--something we exhale is causing global warming--why avoid all scientific data that says no it doesn't?

Why is it that Al Gore got called out on the number of polar bears--as he stated were decreasing & the opposition stated NO: Their population is actually increasing. Al really didn't know how to repond to that--except to say--"do you really believe that the polar bear population is increasing. The answer from the opposition. I don't think I believe it, I know it.

Why do we hear that global temperatures have dropped over the last 9 or 10 years, not risen.

And why in the hell was the majority of this country freezing their asses off last week due to a major artic front that came down south.-- I mean where in the heck are all the new palm trees that should be popping up everywhere due to your global warming theory?

They have been doing the EPA side-step for several months now - if they actually attempt to enforce it there will be an uprising of epic proportions.

They may attempt it out of sheer arrogance - but the backlash will be swift and severe...
