At 18 you are mature enough to put your life on the line and serve your country.At 16 you get to endager the lives of other by getting a drivers license.
At 13, you are not old enough, mature enough to do any of that. But you are mature enough to make the solo decision to snuff out the life of an unborn child.

Then the child should be placed with a guardian and seen by a psychologist. Together, the girls, the legal guardian, and the medical professionals can decide what's best for the girl physically and psychologically. Meanwhile, the guilty party should be taken into custody and dealt with by the legal system.

The term is "mandatoryi reporter" and this is one of the way the industry fucks our children over. SINCE they don't have to release any actual data (with names and ages, for example) they are protected from any sort of consequence for butchering little girls without reporting the fact that they'll ILLEGALLY having sex, which is of course RAPE when it concerns minors. So they aren't doing their job. All under the umbrella of "protecting the privacy" of the girls.

Of course, the only person who is protected is the dirtbag that knocked them up, and the butchers who aren't even remotely abiding by the Hippocratic oath or even the law. Complete free pass for those douches. The girl is exploited by the abortion industry and the guy who knocks her up, parents are blissfully ignorant of any ongoing sexual abuse, but that abortion golden goose keeps pumping out eggs.

i know why you say what you do. but it's such a complex issue and people who demand parental consent are generally (not always) just trying to put up another barrier to safe access to abortion.
