So what's new? No new water is being created. We've been drinking the same water since mankind existed. Water changes from gas(steam) to solid(ice) to liquid.
Water from the Oceans is turned into fog and clouds by the sun. That process creates desalinated water that most non marine fauna and flora need to live.
No new water is being created as far as I know....
