Perhaps most significant needs to be better defined? Clearly getting someone into an actual office holds quite a bit of significance. In terms of Spector's race however, it seems to indicate a willingness of the voters to get rid of incumbents. If that is a trend it is very significant for November 2010. Many news sources seem to paint that picture.

Try not to beleive everything you read on a blog....

The most significant race was PA 12 because it was actually an election that put someone in office.

For the entire Commonwealth of PA, Sestak/Specturd was more significant, IMHO...

True...

Remember, putting 1 body in the HoR, whether D or R, is not going to change the makeup of that body significantly... This is why what you stated above rings true...
