It's a long walk to the beach from Pittsburgh, so oysters don't really work well here.
That being said, in Market Square in downtown (or dahntahn as we Pixburghers pronounce it) there is the Original Oyster House (or Haus in Pixburghese). They roll the oysters individually in a batter/dough and deep fry them.
Aren't they best eaten during months with Rs in them?
