Execute all violent criminals.

Deport all illegal invader criminals who are not violent.

Release all those convicted of victimless crimes.

Now, you have plenty of room for the upcoming Democrat rebellion.

Mine goes something like this...
No prison sentences longer than 20 years.
All rights restored after time served.
Deport all aliens after they’ve served a 2 year sentence.
Returning aliens get mandatory 20 years, then deported.
If they return again? Execution.
Any crime the jury sees so egregious that 20 years isn’t enough, gets the death penalty option. (Society shouldn’t pay for lifetime room, board, and medical. Especially in the cases of life sentences, where the individual will never become a contributor to society).
