Countless people, children & dogs have been electrocuted & killed by faulty lighting without proper grounding installed & maintained by unionized public employee services. They neglectfully leave covers off of light pole bases with exposed wiring that has electrocuted kids. Light polls & traffic signals have electrocuted pedestrians & animals walking by. Street light vault covers electrocute pedestrians & animals that stem on them.
Halliburton & KBR performance on a "No Bid Contract" operating under "Military Rule" in a "War Zone" is in no way comparable to outsourcing public services. In a completive bidding process companies must perform or they lose the contract & their bond company will drop them after paying the public for their neglect.
Outsourcing public services provides much better level of service to the citizens.
