Obama has been in office for nearly eight years, and still cannot speak without degenerating his speech into a stuttering mess. He repeats the same phrases constantly, too. He has said literally every country he has mentioned either "punches above [its] weight" or "is one of our greatest allies". This is even disregarding all of the times he has lied to the American people, or complained about the deaths of criminals. He hasn't said one single intelligent thing since taking office, and that's quite the accomplishment.
