ABC News detailed a final State Department investigation which concluded that past secretaries of state, including Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice's immediate staff, "handled classified material on unclassified email systems." 2 emails sent TO Powell's private email were determined to contain classified material. Receiving emails with classified material on them is not a crime.

Same with Rice, some of her aids RECEIVED classified emails on their private email.

If that were illegal, How easy would it be to just send classified emails to people you didn't like then call the FBI?

. Their not running for President, and if they did wrong also, then that is a matter for the Dept. of justice to pursue them or not. These people in question are not currently being vetted for a job or any other job that is directly associated with these rules that a person will have to swear to uphold while in the job. This is what Clinton did when had the job she had before, but she lied and broke the rules therefore disqualifying her from being able to be trusted with a job that has these same things involved in the job again.
