Our Future?

I sure hope not. While I worry about the direction we've been headed for at least the last 40 years, history would suggest it is not wise to bet against America. I'm confident we will not allow ourselves to get into European like debt and socialism. It's in our blood to resist such tyranny. Time will tell but I'm thinking America's worst days of uncontrolled spending and growing government are behind us. The quest for liberty is once again on the rise. It would seem humans need to be periodically reminded that even the most charismatic central planners do NOT have the answers.
