And that is why we have 20 million Illegal Aliens in the country and growing.
ICE is releasing Illegal Aliens that are caught and detained for deportation because there are not enough beds to hold them until they are processed. Catch and Release should not be an option because 40% of those released go on to commit violent crimes. If Catch, Detain and Deport is not working we need to try something else that do work. Like those that are caught crossing the border are deported in a matter or hours. If those caught cannot prove their immigration status in a matter of hours should be loaded on busses and taken to the border and released in Mexico, etc. The do not deserve to be detained and give due process in a US court. Given a court date and released and not make an appearance in court at all. Our deportation system is broken and need fixing ASAP. So fixing it is the only option. Catch and Release is not an option.
