By forcing Orthodox young persons to join the Israel Defense Force the military manpower leader, Maj. Gen. Moti Almoz, was likened to Adolf Hitler, sending Jews to have their souls burned. Service in the IDF was the same as being incinerated in the crematoria at Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Moti Almoz - the new Hitler?

Haredi Jews are exempt from military service on religious grounds but are nevertheless required to attend induction centers to request the exemption. Many Orthodox Jews reject the founding of a Jewish state before the coming of the messiah. To a third of Israel's population nowadays, it is not the Arabs but their own Haredim who are the most hated group in the country. ("In brief: Hate for Chareidim". Jewish Tribune, London 2006-11-02. p. 9.)
Perhaps unsurprisingly, for some Jews the state of Israel is illegitimate.

Well if You were anywhere balanced, as You say, there would be presented the quote from the Ultra-Orthodox leader:

Interior Minister Aryeh Deri of the ultra-Orthodox Shas party denounced the incitement. “The leaflets scattered around Almoz’s house were extremely serious and outrageous,” he tweeted. “This incident crossed all the red lines. We are talking about [people on] the fringe of ultra-Orthodox society, and we condemn them.”
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And let's face Your another lie - "Orthodox Jews are exempt from IDF."

No they're NOT. As Israeli citizens they're obligated to serve either in the IDF or National service (Ambulance). The exempt becomes a possibility when and if the guy is being accepted into one of the Yeshiva's recognized by the govt. to study.

My neighbor is an Orthodox Jew and he signed a common contract with the IDF to continue working there, after finishing the usual service.

My post is balanced and I gave the reference for all to read for themselves. As for the Orthodox not being exempt from military service, I rely on Israeli newspapers to give me accurate information: "There have been a series of attacks by extremist ultra-Orthodox Jews against members of the community who join the Israeli military. They have also held dozens of demonstrations to protest the arrest of religious Jews who, despite being exempted from IDF service, refuse to show up at induction centers to receive their exemption."

You don't understand:
exemption is only for a period of time. They still have to serve.
But if they go to a Yeshiva, where the IDF pays for their study they cannot suddenly deny the organization. This is a provocation by an extremist fringe.

Those who attack Orthodox soldiers are exactly the members of the group louie so much likes to present as "the only real Jews".

I don't have a problem with those who compare him to Hilter, NOT serving the army.

But only under the condition of them NOT using any other service the state offers. Not to use our medical, cultural, and civilian services. If they don't think they should obey the law like the next Israeli, they should give up any benefit and hand back their Israeli ID.
