Needless to say the OP and those who agree with him are wrong – the 5th and 14th Amendments do in fact apply to all persons in the United States, where those undocumented are indeed entitled to due process of the law, where one is not 'illegal' until being found guilty in a court of law of entering the country absent authorization, or remaining absent authorization, and where any measure enacted by the Federal government or any state or local government seeking to summarily 'deport' non-citizens without first affording them due process of the law would be struck down an un-Constitutional by the courts.
