Yep. Just imagine a world in which Trump never ran for President. Cohen would still be doing the things he did, as would Manafort, as would Flynn, as would Trump, and, despite being as stupid as bricks, they'd still get away with it.

That, if anything, should be a good indication as to the state of the criminal justice system, no?
