Honestly, I find the biases from various news sources pretty clear. I mean, who doesn't understand MSNBC is Progressives and Fox is Conservative? It's blatantly clear. The Left leaning biases are on display from the mainstream TV news, the NYTs, HuffPo, etc while the Right gets their point across in the FT, WSJ, National Review, etc.

Me? I'm a Judge Napolitano watcher and a Reason Magazine reader...which, by the way, would be two news sources that are most definitely NOT "a propaganda machine for status quo". Advertising is a necessary part of journalism it would seem and you're right, most "news" outlets support status quo, regardless of which way they lean. I still say there are exceptions. Watch a few episodes of Napolitano and you'll hear someone who consistently sides with the people, the Constitution, and the idea of equal justice under the law. I find the Judge refreshingly unique in this regard.

The most obvious difference here, is that we have 40 million people who believe they think for themselves, walking around the the exact same opinions on dozens of unrelated issues such as: Abortion, Gun Control, Taxing Businesses, Taxing the Wealthy, Taxing the Middle Class, ObamaCare, Health Care, Environment Regulations, SEC Regs, Corporations are People, Unions and so on...
