We need to do something about these police officers who keep killing black people. It seems like just about every other day someone videotapes a police officer killing a black person. Says here that In 2015, a black person was 2.45 times more likely than a white person to be shot and killed by the police. In the videos I have seen, the blacks getting killed were not even a threat to the police who shot them. We need to take their guns away. Strip them of their guns and triple the penalties for police brutality and garnish police wages if body cameras are not being used.

So a 'top level' police officer in Chicago knows how to stop people from being murdered but he's keeping it a secret and watching scores of people be murdered.
