To begin with, I am a pessimist with respect to the future of Western Civilization. Somehow, the worst, the most dangerous, too often become the winners in elections.

The following may be one family, but it is a microcosm of the sort of dangerous trash that is moving up, and associated with, the ranks of our political elite.

1.“Kathy Boudin (born May 19, 1943) is a former member of the far-left domestic terrorist[1] group Weather Underground who was convicted of felony murder for her role in the Brink's robbery of 1981. The robbery resulted in the killing of two Nyack police officers and one security guard and serious injury to another security guard.[2] Boudin was released from prison on parole in 2003 and became an adjunct professor at Columbia University.”

4.Even too nuts for the Black Panthers, but they became respected advisers and co-authors to a Democratic President, Hussein Obama. They shared view of America and Western Civilization.

As soon as he shot up the Gabrielle Giffords political event, Paul Krugman wrote his column, “Climate of Hate,” announcing that the cause of the shooting was “toxic rhetoric” coming “overwhelmingly from the right.” This was followed by the usual torrent of exactly zero examples.
