This story will make your head explode. Grab the duct tape and wrap it around your head.

Two girls in a rural area asked their dads if they could skip the school dance and instead bake some cookies to give to the neighbors. Their dads said it was ok, so they finished their chores and got to baking. Well, at about 10 p.m., they got done and decided to deliver them. They would go around to each house, put a plate of the cookies on the front door with a nice, little, heart-shaped note, then knock on the door and run off. At one middle-aged (49) woman's house, she called out something like, "Who is it?" as they were running off. When she got no answer, she flipped out and called the police, claiming someone was trying to rob her (never occured to her to look through the peep hole or out the window, I guess). When the police got there, they talked with her and the neighbors and found the cookies, so they concluded and told her that the "robbers" were actually some nice young girls who simply left her some cookies. Well, soon, she thought she was having a heart attack, so she went to the hospital for "an upset stomach and shaking." (Keep in mind that *her* mother was also in the house and was fine) About $1000 later, they tell her she's having an anxiety attack and send her on her way. The parents of the two girls, upon hearing this, offer to pay the medical bills as a form of apology. They said they'd do it if she signed something saying she wouldn't bring any more charges against them. She decided that wasn't good enough and SUED the girls for the medical bills and "pain and suffering." Long story short...she WON, kinda. She got the medical bills, but not the pain and suffering. At the end of the case, she said she hoped the kids "learned their lesson."

This woman will die old and alone and wonder why.

Another Colorado story. I am tired of reading about us in the news.

We have been talking about this one for a few days now. Durango is a small town, the old lady will likely be egged and tortured and will likely end up moving in about 6 months from now.

Karma will get the nasty old lady.
