Initiative to make marijuana legal - have the same status as alcohol - tax and regulate.

On the Nov ballot in Wash state - a notoriuously lib state.

Straight up and down vote.

But one day it will happen that some state will pass repeal. Then there will be a rush of all the others to follow suit.

The meeting scheduled to organize a rally to demand the legalization of marijuana has been postponed by the organizers because setting it up would be like such a heavy hassle and so forth and don't bogart the pizza, man.

get over it azholes - drugs will nevefr be legal - will always be crimminal

Not likeProhibition when booze was respectable and legal

Petitioner came round yesterday to get the issue on the november ballot.

I sign about 86% of petitions, unless they are really stupid.

I signed on to this one. I think legal is a good idea. I wouldn't use it myself, but the law is a farce, it does not fulfill its stated goal, it creates huge headaches all over the place in terms of side problems (gangs, corruption, racist enforcement) and it trashes constitutional protections.

The dopey law is far worse than the dopey dopers.
