And, they've been very open about planning to send more jobs overseas, raise taxes on small businesses and on individuals.

I haven't seen even one pub/pot say they would invest in their own country. AND, they consistently filibuster against any bill that would put money back into the US. They have filibustered against investing in US infrastructure because it would increase jobs. There is no reason to believe they would suddenly be in favor of jobs for Americans if Mittens is elected. Plenty of reason to believe they would continue to fight creating US jobs.

Mittens investments are in foreign countries and foreign banks. If he's elected, he and his 1% cronies will want to increase their own money, which means, more foreign investments.

The purpose of Austerity is to clear the books of bad debt and malinvestment. Austerity is brought on by overextending through spending and programs that a country can’t afford. Austerity did not cause Italy’s economy to fold, spending being well beyond what they could afford did.

Austerity is the "hard times" a country goes through to get back on track... The other option is revolution and the dismantling of that country.

Well we have had Austerity just most people don’t understand that not all Austerity is created equal. TM seems to want everyone to believe that Austerity means zero Government. Austerity is a means to balance your budget through spending cuts, that does not mean you need to go from 100% to 2%, you can go from 100% to 85%.

In 1921 Harding had done massive cuts in spending, is that Austerity, sure… So TM points out that Harding had UE relief as some dumb as way to pretend Austerity or cuts in spending had not happened. TM hurts her own argument (as usual) seeing as unless Italy went to 0% spending then I guess it’s not Austerity.

There is also an issue of Time and the depths of the cuts to balance that Governments books. The US still has wealth, far more than Italy. The US needs cuts now because Austerity takes time to work, hell it’s clearing many years of malinvestment, but how much debt needs to be cleared VS the countries personal wealth need to be looked at. TM can’t and won’t do that.
