yeah, I don't remember any uproar about a document outlining political brainstorming ideas of stopping judicial nominees......or do I?

STY--you know they ALL do it. It's silly for either one of em to point fingers on this one. They're all politicians and I'm constantly amazing that we get indignant when they act like politicians.
