Capital One did the same. Jacked their interest rate up to around 18%.

Yup. I had a Capital One business credit card for over twenty years. Never missed a payment in all that time. Just got a thing in mail that said they were raising my interest rate from the 10.9% it's been for decades to 18% something PLUS the subprime rate. Called them yesterday and asked them to put it back to what it was. They said no. I said stick your mother fucking card where the sun don't shine, close it, I'm done.

Clark Howard says to never close an account, it gives you a negative on your credit score. just tuck the card away and never ever use it.. ever..

Who cares anymore? The FICO score system is just one big fucking game.....the bankers and credit companies make up their rules to suit them while you get to dither over stupid points that they give and take at their discretion per rules they never completely disclose....then they play their own crazy banking games...fuck them....just leave me with my land and gold....and a gun to shoot the Revenooers...

Except the Founding Fathers would be rolling in their graves if they had any bodies left at the way the GOP has run itself for the past 35 years. The GOP has been going downhill since Nixon and it's a good sign that they are in trouble when Sarah Palin, Bobby Jindal, and Mitt Romney are the three top choices of the party.

I don't even want to go try and find my Mitt Romney post in which I pointed out how he basically flip flopped on every major issue for various reasons including personal greed. Though why the Republicans think a businessman works as Prez beats me. You'd figure Herbert Hoover (the last President to have any REAL business experience) and Dubya (every oil business of his failed and only sitting president with a MBA) was enough but nope.

Bobby Jindal? If he couldn't even inspire hardcore Republicans, houston they have a problem.

Republicans have lost their conservative values a long time ago and a merely a former shell of their former selves. It has become a sad day for the GOP when Rush "All drug addicts should be thrown in jail" Limbaugh is the "beacon" of the party.

Here's a clue, there isn't one.

I am not loyal to a party... Never have been. My loyalties are to the bed rock principles on which the US was founded and you bet your ass, that where my neighbor threatens my means to exercise my rights that that neighbor is my enemy.

I've stated as clearly as it can be stated that it will NOT be the Americans that start shooting; but that when the left begins, it will be the Americans that will finig it; and when it's finished what remains standing will be so, in the total absence of a single leftist.
