But how can He be Emperor when He said (and we know He'd never lie!) He surely, therefore, must have mis-read the teleprompter when he said. as we are all reminded in the excerpt from the linked article above:

Emperor seems to more accurately reflect His tortured thoughts - the few remaining hereditary kings remaining on the planet haven't done all that well in years - but, then, remember Julie! Now THERE was an emperor!
