Okay, What Reality Shows Do You Watch?

John and Kate always manage to suck me in, especially now that they have the puppies. PUPPIES!

My daughter likes 18 and counting. I hope Jim Bob didn't have any sub-primes.

I seen something on a tabloid cover about John and some coed's. I think he secretly wants to kill Kate!

I really tried hard to avoid these shows, but now I'm finding myself watching "Operation Repo" and "Cheaters." One is a show about losing your car or truck and the other one is losing your spouse or S.O. I have to shake my head while watching these shows. I'm dumbfounded when the cheater is shown the footage of him/her caught in the act, and say that he/she did nothing wrong.

I don't watch anything regularly but on saturday's sometimes I get sucked into some of the marathons they play. Like Monter Quest,Ghost Hunters, Millionaire Matchmaker and Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmer.

I don't watch much TV but I do catch Monk,The Closer and Crusoe when I remember they are on.

No reality shows right now.

But I've wasted my time with some of the shit on MTV and VH1 like Gauntlet and Inferno, Real World.

I liked the last Celeb Apprentice.

Now I waste my time in these political forums. Fun 24 hours a day.

For TV shows, I like Criminal Minds, The Office, and 30 Rock.

And anything on NESN after April 1.

Hells Kitchen because a little bleep da de bleep is funny.

you will have to watch kitchen nightmares on BBC!
Oh! and I forgot I watch Intervention, the wierd part is I used to like to do coke and watch it. I think it made me feel like my problem wasn't so bad!!!
I do have to admit I used to love the Real World until about Seattle!

I watched the first season and was so grossed out and since I'm a picky eater..I have to stay away from that show. LOL

Intervention isn't a show for me. I do however really like "The Office"

I always wondered why shows like Survivor and American Idol were called "reality television." They are competition shows, like Jeopardy. Reality television is stuff like Real World and all those shows on VH1 that no one actually watches.

I don't do reality television. Occasionally I can watch the Real World, but that's about it. VH1 is blocked on my TV so I don't even have to skim past it.

I love competition shows, though. Survivor, Amazing Race, Big Brother, American Idol, Hell's Kitchen...I can watch that shit all day long because there's always someone to root for/against, and that makes the shows fun.

Ok your house next week for Hells Kitchen?

Isn't everything someone's reality. I'm with the scanners, a bit of Povich, Springer, for humor and life, Rock of love for the obvious reason. Super Nanny is fascinating in a weird way. I've always thought Idol an interesting reality plus show, interesting the ups and downs - but all the ads fill too much of real time.

When I grew up there was a show Queen for a day and on it people would contend for prizes based on how bad they had it. Sort of like extreme makeover. Weird, given our current state they should bring it back as that too is reality for some.

"The more harsh the circumstances that led a contestant to want to appear, the likelier the studio audience was to ring the applause meter's highest level. The winner, to the full accompaniment of "Pomp and Circumstance", would be draped in a red velvet robe and a shimmering crown, and given a dozen long-stemmed roses plus trips, a fully-paid night on the town with her husband or escort, and other prizes.

Bailey's trademark signoff was "Make every woman a queen, for every single day!""
