Okay What Bad Driver Moves Make You Nuts?

Not to offend, but the south has the worst drivers in the world (after Pennsylvania, maybe). They don't understand the idea of courtesy (good luck trying to find someone to "let you in" on the highway), and whenever it rains or snows, even a little tiny bit, they all panic and we end up with 30 wrecks and miles of traffic. Maybe it's just SC.

It must be SC. In TX, everyone lets you in and everyone drives at least 10 mph over the speed limit - even the cops.
